Govt. Of India launches National Monitoring dashboard on COVID-19 grievances
A National Monitoring Dashboard on covid-19 grievances ( www.darpg.gov.in ) was launched by Mr.Jitendra Singh, Minister of State for Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions,Govt. of India, on 31st March 2020 and is aimed to addressgrievances of Central Government & State Governments / Union Territories. Thedashboard was developed by DARPG in pursuance of the recommendations of theEmpowered Group of Officers 10 constituted under the Disaster Management Act2005 on public grievances and suggestions to ensure timely implementation ofcovid-19 response activities
Mr. Jitendra Singh said that grievances received inCentralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) will bemonitored on priority by DARPG team and he had reviewed the status of 262grievances of Central Government and 83 of State Governments received on thefirst day. The portal will be updated and monitored at senior levels ingovernment on a daily basis.
