Completed my #100Days in Spark Minda ! Journey of the #100Days was full of #excitement and #learning to me. #COVID19 made it #challenging, but I am relishing to face it. I could spend effectively only 25% of the days in the office and remaining days was #WFH. Major focus during these 100 Days was not merely on #Technology but on understanding the #business and knowing pain points. 5 Focus areas were- 1. #CultureChange & Formation of High Performing Team. 2. #BusinessAlignment & #Collaboration: From Supporting to Leading. 3. #InformationTechnology Cost: Optimize – Right Spend. 4. #IT #Governance Framework. 5. Bringing synergies between #IT and #OT. I was always thinking am I going in the right direction ? But dedication and Efforts were full.
